CALDO Latin America Scholarships

The University of Toronto is pleased to provide financial assistance in order to support the education of bright and outstanding students who will enroll in the CALDO Latin America Scholarships, which are only available for the academic year 2022–2023.

The purpose of the scholarship is to provide financial assistance to students who wish to apply for master’s and doctoral degree programs in Canada. The CALDO Consortium was established in order to assist prospective students from Latin America in locating and applying to graduate programs at top Canadian universities.

The University of Toronto is a research-intensive university with over 700 undergraduate and 200 postgraduate programs. It is one of the world’s leading research-intensive universities. Those who wish to learn and improve their abilities will find education more accessible as a result of this.

Students from Latin America (Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay) are eligible to apply. Scholarships will be awarded in the following amounts:

Applications must be submitted by a certain date.

Scholarship Amount and Duration:

In some cases, the University of Toronto will pay for the difference in tuition fees between international students and students who live in the United States.

For the University of Toronto CALDO Latin America Scholarships for the academic year 2022-2023, there are some rules that must be met.

In order to be considered, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

Admission to a university’s graduate or doctoral programs must be applied for before someone can be considered.

Students must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field of study to be considered. When someone is looking into getting into a school, they must meet the rules set by that school.

Aspiring students are required to meet the English language proficiency requirements of the university.

How to Submit an Application: Applicants must be enrolled in a Master’s or Ph.D. degree program at the university in order to be considered. It’s then that students can apply for the CALDO Scholarship by clicking the “Apply” button below.

Documents in Support of the Proposal: It is required that you send in a certificate from last year’s school year and a CV with your application.
